Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PERCARIS website and your purchase and use of PERCARIS subscriptions. PERCARIS is provided by Percaris LLC, 9504 Muirkirk Rd, Laurel, MD 20708 ("Percaris," "we," "us"). By purchasing or using PERCARIS, you agree to these terms, the End User License Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Subscriptions
PERCARIS is offered through recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. The selected plan determines the number of licensed Windows desktop activations.
Customer control
PERCARIS surfaces AI-agent activity and provides user-controlled actions. Customers remain responsible for deciding whether software or agents are authorized and whether to use the Stop control.
Availability
Features, compatibility, and supported operating systems may change as the product develops. Current support is focused on Windows desktop computers.
Billing and payment
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, sales tax, and invoicing. Charges appear on your statement as LEMSQZY* PERCARIS. Lemon Squeezy's own terms also apply to the checkout and payment process.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the customer billing portal at https://percaris.lemonsqueezy.com/billing or by contacting support@percaris.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, your subscription and license may be paused or ended if payment is not completed.
Refunds
Refund requests made within 14 days of a charge are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
