End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement is between you and Percaris LLC, 9504 Muirkirk Rd, Laurel, MD 20708 ("Percaris") and governs your installation and use of the PERCARIS desktop software.

License grant

Subject to an active subscription, Percaris grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software on the number of licensed Windows desktop computers allowed by the purchased plan.

Restrictions

Customers may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or bypass license controls except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

Updates

An active subscription may include software and intelligence updates. Updates are delivered as signed packages and do not require access to customer files beyond what is necessary for installation.

Termination

License rights end when the subscription terminates or expires, including after cancellation at the end of the paid period or after a refund, when the associated license key is deactivated. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
